Corporate Commitments

GROWMARK is committed to corporate citizenship. We support programs and projects that correspond with our core values. Our efforts are focused on agricultural and consumer education, environmental stewardship, and leadership development.

GROWMARK Foundation

The GROWMARK Foundation is a charitable organization which gives to non-profit, 501(c)3 organizations in the United States. Giving is focused in five areas: Youth and Young Leaders, Education, Charity, Ag Industry, and Cooperative Giving. The GROWMARK Foundation also supports charitable contributions made by our FS members through our Enduring Commitments gift matching program and gifts made by our employees through our GiveMore program.

Endure

Endure is the GROWMARK System Sustainability initiative. Sustainability is defined in the GROWMARK System as those activities and practices that endure over time. We take pride in caring for the soil and other resources. We go to great lengths to make certain our communities, our environment, and our way of life are protected in the years to come.

Responsible Ag

GROWMARK is a member of ResponsibleAg, Inc., a non-profit organization founded to promote the public welfare by assisting agribusinesses as they seek to comply with federal environmental, health, safety and security rules regarding the safe handling and storage of fertilizer products.

Government Relations

GROWMARK's Government Relations team advocates on behalf of our member-owners and subsidiaries in state, national, and international public policy systems. We actively participate in governmental and industry processes that seek to develop effective, reasonable and balanced legislation and regulations.

Youth & Young Farmers

Today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow and we are committed to the education and development of those leaders. We are long standing supporters of agricultural youth and young adult programs including 4-H, FFA, the Junior Farmers Association, and Co-operative Young Leaders' Program (Ontario, Canada) and Farm Bureau Young Farmers, Leaders, and Agriculturists.

To develop these leaders, GROWMARK supports and organizes several contests and events including the annual GROWMARK essay contest, open to FFA members in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri and Ohio as well as to 4-H Ontario members. Additionally, GROWMARK awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to high school and college students pursuing careers in agriculture.
